Agree the duvet is completely fine, I found the pillow to be a little skimpy. Both my flights were daytime (JFK - SFO and SFO - JFK) so I used the pillow for back support but I did try to take a brief nap at the beginning of SFO - JFK and found the pillow pretty thin -- but YMMV. I personally hate soft feather pillows and prefer a medium-firm foam pillow so personal preferences definitely play a role with pillows
