And why did all his many subsequent appearances also have numbers in the user names? And why now, when his comments on CX and ice cream would have been awaited with keen interest

Also, how big was each portion of ice-cream? Was sorbet available too? Did they offer the ice cream to full fare passengers first in F, or to anyone? Was it available throughout the flight...

(And what make of lift was used to get it onto the a/c?)
