The TA reviews print a pretty accurate picture of the W Nola. The only redeeming quality of my stay there back in January 2022 was the ability to check in early at 11am. As a titanium, it would have been nice to at least be offered an upgraded room, but the clerk never bothered to look and I didn't ask as I was happy to drop off my luggage. The rooms look exactly the same from a stay 5 or 6 years ago and in need of an upgrade. I remember the bed and linens being much better then too. Now the mattress was uncomfortable and the linens felt cheaper. The location is the only redeeming quality. Next time, I'll walk a few blocks further and stay at the Westin. The remodeled rooms there are great.
