Actually, I had a need to contact AS CS today to get an AS PNR # for a Condor rev ticket. So I tried Twitter. Gave them the date and flight # I was booked on, and they responded with the PNR a few minutes later. So YMMV… not really clear what they can and cannot do. Perhaps they can’t touch/modify reservations?
