I think for OP, who is very concerned about COVID (rightfully so, omicron is just as deadly as the original COVID, though it is less deadly than delta, but saying it isn't deadly is just wrong), the best course of action is to assess your actual risk of serious COVID. The antibody test was created for you. If you test positive, then you know you already got it and weren't seriously ill. Of course, there is no way of predicting what happens if you get it again, but it is the best we got.
