Note if this is the return portion of trip there may be no cost difference. Changing return to another day after flying out means using fares in effect the day you bought ticket.
Thanks for the quick reply and I’d expected that the answer was “maybe” and probably involved some level of YMMV. This is just a one-way outbound ticket with the return booked as a separate one-way so I guess we will need to SDS and hope.
