Hmm. Good thought to look through the history! With kid #1, we added lap infants over Twitter every trip. Tried that with kid #2 in February 2020 (for a trip that wound up postponed until last week because of COVID), and Twitter said we have to call reservations. My last useful interaction with AS Twitter was April 2018 (and that was simply adding a frequent flyer number to a reservation when I couldn't do it online for some reason).
So upshot for the OP: scratch any suggestion of useful communication with AS over Twitter.
