Having experienced both F products just before Christmas ( LHR-JFK )we found the lie flat seat more comfortable on the AA flight than on the return with BA. The in flight entertainment on AA was also better than the BA offering ( much more choice )
However whilst the in flight service we had on AA was very good, the service from BA was in a completely different league.
If theres not much in it I’d choose BA for the best overall experience.
