I'll probably just take the Deluxe room and hope for an upgrade to a pool when we arrive, not sure I really want to pay the $1k a night just for the pool.
It is not likely that any room type will be sold out, unless they are limiting availability due to covid. I am at the Conrad now and I would estimate that it is less than 20% full.
