We had a really good stay here on Saturday just gone . Very friendly staff especially the superb check in staff . Car parking is charged for but free if you are staying so long as you enter your car reg number on the iPad at reception . Don’t forget to do this , otherwise it’s £100 fine !
Water provided at reception and a cookie which was not the same one as we are used to .
Upgraded to a Deluxe Room , late checkout to 1500 no problem.
A really good breakfast.
We stayed in room 348 . The corridors and room had that new room smell and everything was pristine .
Our room over looked the roof of the ballroom , not an issue until we were kept awake by music from a wedding until 0045 . I would bear this in mind when staying again !
Small but nice pool and sauna . Currently changing facilities are being upgraded and are not available . Had to book a time slot for the pool and breakfast . I particularly liked this at breakfast as our allocated table was ready when we arrived
