I cannot access the reservation online via Air France/KLM only via OU. As a Delta GM (Elite Plus), will AF recognize my status for lounge access etc. on this flight?
AF is only doing the ticketing. Your experience will be with OU. So no, there won't be any recognition of your status.

Lounge rules are typically about the operating airline, not the ticketing airline. And for Skyteam rules, that is definitely the case.

Sometimes there are agreements between airlines that have codeshare agreements (so if you had AF status, maybe they have an agreement with OU). But these agreements don't expand to all the other airline's partners, it just wouldn't make sense. So since DL doesn't have an agreement with OU, AF isn't going to honor anything about your DL status when flying OU.

EDIT: My mistake, it sounds like this flight is actually operated by AF.

If so, you should be able to call OU, get the AF record locator, and pull up the ticket with AF. Adding your DL number, etc.

You *should* be able to use the AF lounge as the rule (as I see it) says it has to be operated by a SkyTeam member. However unusual circumstances can cause lounge confusion....
