I can understand enforcement for dinner, but for breakfast, it's usually a more casual laidback experience. Especially since most people go directly to the beach, pool, etc right after breakfast.

I wore leather sandals every morning, but I guess you could call them flip flops. I wore a dress shirt and khaki shorts. However,many people wore t shirts, not even nice ones, and shorts. I didn't watch for everyone else's shoes.
