I don't blame you for wanting to be higher up than 75ks. If I was 100k I'd want that, too. My guess is that it's tied to One World Emerald status, though.

If 75k/100k will be prioritized above newly eligible AA elites I don't see how this is bad for AS/One World elites. In fact, it might be better because we won't be competing with 500-mile upgrades and lower-tier members would conceivably have a shot at upgrades to F now. Maybe I'm missing something, though.
