United uses Shares which has a buggy interface with its JV/revenue partners. What United does in their system doesn't always translate correctly into LH's CRS. They are aware of that and there is a special helpdesk within United that has access to both LH's Amadeus Altea and UA Shares and can do a manual correction. United as the owner of the reservation and the issuing/plating carrier has to resolve this issue, so if you want to get it fixed you need to bark up that tree.
