Meanwhile their actual phone service is quite good IMO. People tend to conflate the two. With that said... I'd recommend NOT buying phones via FI (especially trades) if you can help it. I've seen dozens of folks who got empty boxes or boxes with bricks delivered to them where someone in the supply chain clearly stole the phone, but they get the runaround from FI.
