Hi everyone, I made a rez for end of March - LGA-YUL-YYZ-YYC - in Flex, but booked it through the Chase Portal. It is giving be that error when I try to pick seats; and it also gives me an error when I try to request an eUpgrade. Any idea why it won't let me pick seats?
With respect to the eUpgrade it says the following - does that mean there is an issue with my ticket (which the AC website shows as flex?) - or am I misreading the "your flight is outside the eUpgrade credits validity period" to mean that I can only request 12 days before travel for *E75? - thanks!!

- The fare you purchased is not eligible for upgrade
- There are no more flights to upgrade in your itinerary
- You have already requested an eUpgrade
- Your flight is outside the eUpgrade credits validity period
- You are already checked in for your flight. eUpgrades can be requested in advance of or during the check-in process.
