My most recent National rental was on the new Connections Loyalty version and did show up with rental credits.

My portal changed very recently although I read others changed in November. This is the same portal company that Citi Thank You uses and has used for years, so back when the Prestige offered 1.6 cents per point on AA flights I used it a ton. But none of the flights would give me normal mileage benefits. But, 60% bonus that's worth it. So now the question is is it worth it to pay the same amount and get the bigger cash back but potentially fewer miles.
