I am US based but I am very confused as to why the charge did not go through. I made a redemption booking only 5 days earlier and it went through without a problem. I have to make another booking in the next few days. I am hopeful that one will go through. Calling and hoping to get an agent who would transfer me to a redemption agent was a pain. I am thankful however that the website was able to hold the reservation until the payment was made.
try AMEX if you have one when Visa/MasterCard fails.
