I don't think you have lounge access. When BA were South terminal with their own lounge then Vueling customers who were Gold could use the lounge on BA issued codeshares, but that required a BA lounge. BA has a contract lounge in North and I doubt they will read across the lounge benefit. You could of course pay for the lounge and try to extract a refund from BA, but I'm not betting the farm on a successful outcome there. Priority Pass would make life easier here.
