GRAND PRIZES (3):Each Grand Prize consists of the opportunity for the confirmed winner and one (1) Guest (subject to Guest Requirements noted below – the “Guest”) to travel to a city hosting the 2022 Stanley Cup Final (“Host City”). Specific travel dates and Host City will be determined at a later time and will be confirmed by the Sponsor. Each Grand Prize includes

(i) roundtrip airfare (economy class) for the confirmed winner and his/her Guest to the Host City from a Canadian airport near the confirmed winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion);

(ii) accommodation for the confirmed winner and his/her Guest (double occupancy) for two (2) nights in a hotel or hotels determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion;

(iii) $1000 CAD spending money for the confirmed winner;

(iv) two (2) NHL player-signed items; and

(v) two (2) general admission tickets to attend Game 2 or Game 3 of the Stanley Cup Final (the “Game”). As between Sponsor and the Contest winners, Game selection, seating, location will be determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion.

Each Grand Prize has a total approximate retail value of $10,000 CAD based on a Toronto departure and Tampa Bay Host City example – although the actual retail value will vary depending on the point of departure and Host City

Eligibility: The Contest is open only to residents of Canada who have reached the legal age of majority in their province/territory of residence at the time of entry

How To Enter: This is one instance where a purchase or mail-in may be better than an online entry where the first correct guess wins. Just FYI.

At the start of the Contest, there will be a set number of: (i) specially-marked participating products (each, a “Participating Product” and collectively, the “Participating Products”); and (ii) No Purchase Necessary Envelopes (each, an “Envelope” and collectively, the “Envelopes”). At the start of the Contest, there will be a total combination of three million fifty-one thousand (3,051,000) Participating Products//Envelopes available for distribution, while supplies last, as follows:

Alternatively, to obtain one (1) Envelope, while supplies last, WITHOUT MAKING A PURCHASE, print your first name, last name, telephone number, date of birth, and complete mailing address (including postal code) on a plain white piece of paper and mail it (in an envelope with sufficient Canadian postage) along with:

(i) a handwritten, fifty (50)-word or more, unique and original essay telling us what you love about hockey and

(ii) a self-addressed, pre-paid, stamped envelope with sufficient return Canadian postage to the following address:

Upon receipt of a valid Request in accordance with these Rules, you will receive one (1) randomly-selected Envelope per unique and original Request received per envelope with sufficient Canadian postage.

To be eligible, a Request must:

(i) be received separately in a single envelope bearing sufficient Canadian postage (i.e., multiple Requests in the same envelope will be void); and

(ii) be post-marked during the Contest Period and received by no later than May 1, 2022, to allow Sponsor sufficient time to mail back the Envelope via regular mail.

The Contest Parties and each of their respective agents, employees, directors, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for, and accept no liability whatsoever in relation to, any late, lost, misdirected, delayed or incomplete Requests (all of which are void).

At the start of the Contest Period, there will be a total of two (2) eligible winning tickets (each, a “Winning Ticket”) and one (1) eligible winning ticket online (“Online Winner”).

Two (2) Winning Tickets will randomly be placed within either:
(i) a Participating Product; or
(ii) an Envelope.

(Below is the entry method where you need to be the first one to guess correctly to win.)

There will be a total of one (1) eligible Online Winner by going to www.findandwin.ca.

When you are online, follow the on-screen instructions to enter your email address and then register for the Contest and ask to “Join the Hunt!”

Entrants will see an interactive map that they can navigate and position the marker as their guess of the exact location of the virtual Stanley Cup that is hidden online.

For the avoidance of any doubt whatsoever, there will be only two (2) Winning Tickets – where each such Winning Ticket will randomly be placed within either: (i) a Participating Product; or (ii) an Envelope and there will be only one (1) Online Winner that is only generated by being the first person with a correct guess of the exact (or closest to exact, if no one has guessed the exact) location of the virtual Stanley Cup.At the close of the Contest, the first person or the person who is closest to the exact location of the virtual Stanley Cup will be the Online Winner. Once the Contest Period starts, however, there is no guarantee that a Winning Ticket will actually be found by an eligible entrant. If you find a Winning Ticket (either within a Participating Product or within an Envelope), then you will be eligible to win a Grand Prize (as defined below; subject to compliance with these Rules). At the start of the Contest Period, the odds of finding a Winning Ticket are two (2) in three million fifty-one thousand (3,051,000). The odds of winning via a Winning Ticket will change throughout the Contest Period as Participating Products/Envelopes are distributed, and Grand Prizes are redeemed. The odds of being an Online Winner and winning the online Grand Prize will depend on the number and timing of eligible entries that include a correct guess.
