Nearly all international long haul and some other UA aircraft have
Business
PremPlus, aka Premium Economy
Economy (with part Economy Plus and the rest standard Economy)
Economy Plus (E+) is not a separate cabin or ticket but has a seat fee for some, free for elites

a handful of the 787-9s are still the older config but most are the newer config. The updates should be finished before this summer.

EWR leaves a lot to desire on a connection

Not sure trading a multi-hour bus ride and connecting in Europe vs connecting at EWR is much of a positive traded off.

Thanks for the trip review
