Hi,
I'm slightly fearing the answer, but my partner has had to book a last minute flight to the Philippines to visit his sick family and while flying via Doha on the way out, he has booked via Tokyo on JAL on the return. As JAL fly to Manila from Narita and to London from Haneda it means he will have to transit between the two.

From my research it appears this connection is not currently possible. Is it likely this could change by the middle of next month? Else I may have to look at changing the booking.
