Gold line wait is ~55 minutes currently.
Called to protect my return flight... should have been a 3 minute call or better yet something you can do online.
Very nice guy helped, but it still took 12 minutes to pass security checks, verify what I wanted and get the booking re-issued.
Definitely does not help on days like today that simple operations take this long to complete... I kept trying to be quick so the agent could get it over with and assist someone else.
