Just finished a spectacular one night stay here. I booked last minute and saw an “Upgrade Premium Suite” available on the app for $230 plus 9k points that booked directly into a Camelback View Spa Suite (vs 12k points for the Mission Palms, this seemed like a great deal). I was further upgraded before arrival into an Arcadia Villa. Sadly, the hotel was sold out for my second night so I could only book one here, and one at Mission Palms.
The Arcadia Villa was one of the most unique rooms and best upgrades I’ve ever had. It had two private patios, both furnished, one with a fireplace and the other with a water feature. There was a full-size and cozy living room, bedroom with gas fireplace, and a huge bathroom with separate toilet and closet. The bathroom had a huge shower for two, connected to an outdoor shower. The villa backed up to Camelback Rd but I didn’t find the noise to be a big deal; I didn’t hear any noise at all in the bedroom with the door shut.
I was offered a glass of champagne at arrival and shortly after we reached our villa, a full bottle of cava and four cookies arrived. The service was universally friendly and prompt. The pool is heated but was a touch cold for my taste; I used the hot tub instead. The grounds are beautiful.
Breakfast is offered til 130. My family each had a drink and entree and shared a fruit plate and all charges were removed. Parking was $22. There are no sidewalks outside the main entrance so I don’t think it would be feasible to walk anywhere. Checkout is noon. Finally, someone upthread mentioned the lack of children and I didn’t see a single child other than my own; seemed like an older/business crowd here.
I had a great stay, too short at 18 hrs, and would love to return.
