Like you we finally managed to have residual value just enough or might be slightly less, for 2 round trip tickets to Canada now stored in the Trip Credit. There is also a $19 worth paper voucher as residual from a trip to DFW last year. I dont know if they can use both on the tickets we plan to use up the Trip Credit which might come up a bit shortt. If not, so be it. Just be glad that we would finally be able to recoup our money. Take such a loooong time.

When time comes (Summer), I will try the Ft. Lauderdale ticketing office first. Hope they can figure it out or get the help desk to figure out. BTW it was after calling the help desk, the agent there last December told me not to book another refundable to use the residual value but requested a refund online. She basically washed her hands after calling the Help Desk despite in theory it could be done.
