The information that you have a departure „out of T3“ on Air France is kind of misleading. Indeed, check-in counters for all Air France flights are in T3. But the departure gate for a flight to NCe will actually be in T2. So, if you only have hand luggage there is no need to go to T3. You simply go through security in T2.
