Thanks for all the feedback. I ended up calling in and it did turn out to be their automated CC system. They had me try the automated phone CC system (where you type in your number) and that didn't work, but when I read the numbers to the agent he was able to charge it correctly and confirm the booking. The pending charges dropped off too. Thanks for the help!
Any tips on getting through to the redemption team? When I try calling they say that the redemption team will call me back and refuse to try the payment for me. Is it just a matter of trying over and over until someone will help me or should I just wait for the call back?
