Definitely not "premium" economy. Was this the same level of catering provided before the pandemic?

I last flew WTP probably 12 to 15 years ago to Miami and if I recall the 2nd meal was better than that one.

I'm flying WTP to SIN in April and back in May burning AA miles enroute to Australia. Given the taxes and miles spent I'm wondering if I should just cancel it and rebook elsewhere in Y. Cathay was my favourite but I don't think they will be flying for a while
