Don't airlines auto-generate passenger manifests off the PNR data? If Mr. Robert Jonathan Smith checks in as Robert Jonathan Jonathan, fine, but what happens when Robert Jonathan Smith walks up and the Immigrations officer is expecting Robert Jonathan Jonathan?
