Technology Trainer III, CXS Services

Summary


This position is a hands-on role providing training to customers and operational teams through knowledge-driven activities such as technical onboarding, new product introduction, install and upgrade training, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

  • Reporting to the CXS Knowledge Delivery Manager, supports the knowledge-driven activities and continuous improvement of the department responsible for top-line revenue Services to clients by facilitating knowledge of work procedures, job-specific functions and tasks, and new and upgraded products to both employees and customers
  • Leads customer-facing training for Oasis 360 product Master Certification, upgrades, and new installs both in-person and virtually to ensure that customers are equipped with the knowledge they need to successfully utilize Aristocrat’s Oasis suite of products
  • Leads and carries out technical onboarding and continuous learning activities for CX employees, including creating and facilitating lab-based learning experiences based on an understanding of departmental processes and project checklists
  • Collaborates closely with Knowledge Delivery Specialists, NPI, and Content Developers to adjust and improve training delivery to stay up-to-date with the latest product releases and communicate content needs within the Knowledge Delivery team
  • Lead the synthesis of feedback to consistently improve, adapt, and deliver learning experiences that best suit the needs of internal and external audiences
  • Coordinates logistics for learning experiences; including scheduling classes; reserving classrooms and preparing workstations
  • Consult across departments to maintain knowledge of Aristocrat’s products and processes
  • Set the example for innovative training approaches to increase our visibility within the market as an organization with best-in-class learning experiences
  • Ability to thrive in a constantly changing project environment that can have moving deadlines
  • Drives efforts to ensure consistency between learning experiences and daily roles and responsibilities within CXS Services and Support

What we're looking for

  • Position requires a bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Marketing, Curriculum Development, Hospitality, IT, or equivalent, preferred
  • Seven (7)+ years of experience in a progression of roles or a combination which includes relevant work experience including leading technical or operational teams and/or actively participating in creating role-based training experiences
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, as well as customer services skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate under pressure. Must be comfortable working with all levels of the business and delivering presentations.
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects and tasks at one time, and travel up to 70% required
  • Individual is highly motivated, confident in collaboration skills, and must be a self-starter and eager to learn and improve
  • Slot and/or casino industry experience, preferred
