I have changed in Sep 21 my frequent flyer programme from ASIANA to TK M&S and currently I am chasing the Elite Status, Star Gold.
I flew in December 21 from Zurich - Dubai - Zurich on Swiss in business class (Fare class "P" = 100% miles earning). During online check-in I put in my TK frequentflyer number on both ways. My girlfriend who was travelling with me did the same.
Two days after the first flight Zurich - Dubai my girlfriend got notified that the miles were credited and same happend couple days later when the return flight to Zurich was completed. However, I did not get any message nor crediting towards my account. After two weeks I used the "claim missing miles" function on the website and I was able to credit the return flight to my account. However, when i wanted to credit the first flight Zurich - Dubai, I always got an error message that currently it is not possible to add the flight.
So then i wrote to customer service with passport copy and boarding pass copy and asked them to credit the miles manually. Surprisingly their answer was that my flight had already been credited on another frequent flyer programme. I answered them that this is not the case and asked them to verify once again, but their answer remained unchangend.
Out of curiosity i tried to credit the flight as a test to another programmes and it always gave me the system message "The flight has been credited on another programme".
So guys, I am desperate... missing currently 3000 miles, which are valuable in times of COVID where travelling is not very easy... Does anybody know a mail adress where i can write to in order to escalate the case or anybody had the same issue once?
I really don't know what is going wrong in this case but I know that these miles belong to me
