Hi,
For example, I selected a high floor for Conrad Dubai in November ( I had an executive room booked through BA holidays so was not expecting a room upgrade ) I managed to get HH to link my HH number so it appeared on the app. The app showed the day before floor 42 ( out of 46 floors) and room stuck to check in ( had to check in at the desk in any case in Dubai
