Thanks. I was just a bit concerned because of all the problems and mix-ups lately—-yesterday’s “systems down” outage, other reported IT problems, some kind of baggage brouhaha recently, bad weather cancellations leaving people with no options, call centers unreachable. . . .
My own personal experience reflects some of this—-I am unable to log in to my BAEC account because I cannot get past the “accept the new terms and conditions” page to reach the login screen; I have spent hours on hold trying to call BAEC to cancel an Avios booking we no longer need, but I keep getting cut off at the 1-hour mark; last week I got a “your seat has changed” message for our Club Europe seats we paid to choose weeks ago, and the website wouldn’t let me select new ones; the BA app shows only 2 of the 5 2022 flights we have booked. . .
I am still loyal to BA, but have to wonder how much longer all this confusion is going to last, and how much it is going to affect our upcoming trip
