My wife and I have a 20 hrs layover in Brussels at the end of April 2022. We will be landing at BRU at 11:00 pm Sunday night, so I thought of staying at the Marriott for a day, sightseeing and we will head back to the airport around 5:30 pm on Monday. I checked the Marriott website, it says the Club lounge is closed until further notice. The restaurant also closed on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. Is that mean I will get some Marriott points for not having access to the club lounge and no breakfast for the Platinum members? Should I stay at the Hilton nearby, which is right next to the train station, and pay a bit more? Their lounge is open for Gold members, of which I am also a member. The only benefit left of staying at the Marriott hotel is 4:00 pm late check out for Platinum members.
Any new updates and input on the hotel would appreciate very much.
