Well. they've been using T3 for some time through the emergency exit route from T1. I was sort of hoping that T3 might be dropped, rather than re-opened. I haven't yet had the "fortune" to try the new T2, but I was hoping for a T3 do-over to similar standard, because nothing is as bad as current T1/T3!
