I had been hoping to find a place to treat myself, but this doesn't seem to be the property for me. Really glad I tested it out with certificates before paying cash.
Currently in the midst of a 3 night stay here. It's... adequate. If I was using cash I probably would have switched after the first night, as it doesn't seem worth the premium over other hotels. I got upgraded to a junior suite (as a Diamond). It's reasonably sized and functional, but not exciting or what I would consider large. Breakfast is likewise adequate - a very small buffet of rolls, a few types of cheese, and a few types of fruit. I did make the mistake of ordering berries for my free a la carte option, as I had assumed the buffet would be a bit more extensive- tomorrow I'll get something a bit more savory. I received a bottle of wine, which is nice. The bathroom does flood during a shower, similar to what another poster said - the seal between the shower door and the rest of the bathroom isn't great. Really just a mild inconvenience, but not what I would expect at this price point. Nothing is all that bad - I just expected to be amazed, given the
£400 price, and it's merely ok. I feel like I'm complaining a lot, but I honestly would never have guessed this to be a particularly high end property, had I not known the price.

Given the layout of the hotel, I think the vast majority of rooms are going to have similar views - the exterior facing views would be quite rare. Still, not exactly "
stunning views of London’s iconic skyline" as they advertised on their website - and this is from a junior suite, which normally costs £800!
