It looks like the site/app are both trying to pop up an intermediate security check that doesn’t display and then it places tje PNR on hold. I tried using an Amex and that went through to the SMS passcode and pop up. I’d prefer to use the citi MC as it offers much better travel protection. I don’t see any way to contact indigo to complete an on hold ticket either.
