Not sure about check-in but security opens well prior to 630am at G. Why not check-in from T3 ad go through there? TSA Pre may not be available in the morning from G, and there is only 1 lane open given the very low volume of flights leaving out of G in the early morning time frame. It's a quick walk from T3 security to the Polaris lounge.
