They will not appreciate it. You take the risk that they might feel entitled to it, which could lead to a lifetime of feeling entitled, yet disappointed when they won't pay for it.

It is far better to be humble and appreciate the fact that your are flying and not riding your bicycle.
the only reason I do is for them to get sleep and reduce jet lag a couple times per year. Otherwise they are in the back…
