CUN to DFW 4 biz tickets via BA miles, plane swapped now forced to Econ? What comp?
CUN to DFW on biz via BA miles. Checked in the night before. Got notice of only one seat change but still looked to be in business. At airport check in they said we been pushed to economy due to plane swap to smaller plane. They offered 350 per person voucher and said that is what they can offer at the airport and I can complain to AA when I’m at home.

Can and should I ask for more now? Or can I do that at home after accepting the 350 each. The biz ticket is 1700 each vs Econ at 350. Any suggestions and experiences?
