Any comments on general cleanliness/state of the rooms? Recent tripadvisor/google rooms are pretty negative but I do need to burn off some 35k points certificates....debating between this or the Hyatt Regency Waikiki. Thanks in advance!
If you're open to the Big Island, the King Kamehameha Courtyard is a nice property to use the certificates. Excellent elite benefits too if you're Platinum or above.
