Metcalve an interesting report but you are right about the biases that exist in Singapore at the airport and as well in the air. I have to admit that I have not personally experienced it and I am not white. But I have noticed the treatment of others by the ground crew and even in the air. I think this is an education issue, these employees need sensitivity training. But , give your best, that is when you see grumpy people greet them out loud, and that usually wakes them up. If that does not work then you know that you have more class rather than stooping down to their level, you walk away in style with a smile. That what fool's mortals be................ Ciao.
