Wanted to follow up on the inability to upgrade my economy plus subscription. I sent emails to Laura Mandile and Torbjorn Evnquist on 2/16 about the issue. On 2/18, I received an email from Customer Care and after a little back and forth, the resolution was to cancel my current subscription and refund me a pro-rated portion of what I paid (it worked out for me in the end because I had booked and used several economy plus seats in the first couple months of my subscription). I got two separate email confirmations of the cancellation and the refund on 2/20. After the refund posts to my credit card later this week, I will purchase a new subscription but with global this time. Thanks again for your help, WineCountryUA!

Did Customer Care clarify if the issue is due to a website error?
I have tried several times just outright purchase a new subscription and the transaction never goes through. Hopefully you don't encounter that issue.
