I've stopped flying El Al. I flew them 4 times in 2021 (TLV-ATH, TLV-TBS, TLV-FCO, and TLV-LIS) and had generally good experiences. But I refuse to book any more flights while they are "phantoming" - they let you book tickets on flights and then they pull the flights from the schedule the day before or the day of the flight. Combine that with widespread reports that they have stopped providing customer service and they've become an airline that cannot be counted on.
