I rang the courier firm (in my case Eagle Aviation who use the same Worldtracer reference system) who said they can see that they have been collected but cannot specify a delivery window yet due to customs. He went on to say that in some circumstances bags weren't being handed over by BA in line with the timings suggested on the baggage portal.
