Which brings me to the question, please. Non FTV BA Amex vouchers: Have they also been extended in anyway?

FTVs don't show in your BAEC account. One way of thinking of an FTV is that it is simply the original booking, shorn of all reservations, that holds the total amount that you paid.
If the booking that was cancelled into an FTV was made with an Amex companion (2-4-1) voucher, that voucher is part of the FTV, with the same re-use conditions as the FTV itself: the new booking must have all travel completed by 30 September 2023. Like the FTV itself, this Amex voucher will not show in your BAEC account. So far as the BAEC account is concerned, it's a used voucher.
If you have any unused Amex vouchers, they have the expiry dates that are shown in your BAEC account - there were some extensions, but it's difficult to summarise these. Standard Amex voucher conditions apply: outbound travel must be completed by the expiry date of the voucher, although inbound travel can be up to a year after outbound travel.
