I booked a one night award stay here recently, as a wedding gift for my ex-sister-in-law. I was a bit annoyed by the $30+ a night resort fee. At least it showed a nightly sunset cocktail was included. When they got there, the staff had no idea about the evening cocktail. They asked multiple staff. I followed up with the hotel, and they just brushed it off. “Oh, we don’t have that every night”. It was prominently stated in the reservation.
