Flew CUN-YYZ a few days ago - the OLCI didn't demand anything to check in - no vax/.Test/or ArriveCAN.

At airport they were checking docs though - we were delayed 3 hours due to "weather" affecting the inbound from yyz.. (but the WS flight from the AM wasn't delayed...)
Arrived 3 hours late, forced to do a test... NEXUS line was longer than regular... and was moving slower. A few ppl ahead of us were bounced to covid secondary for not having arrivecan or whatever.

Can't wait for the COVID theater to be reduced next week.
