I asked for upgrade cost to Palm Beach Club, and was offered $390++ or $490++ per night depending on view. Nearly $2500 didn’t seem worth it for free palapas and endless breakfast. I’ll gladly buy those a la carte. No one has raved about the happy hour drinks on this thread either. I did accept an upgrade to partial ocean view Aruba tower for $100++ per night. Seemed worth it to be closer to the action and maybe see a little ocean from the room. Super excited regardless. Aruba has always been on my bucket list!
Wow, did not expect Palm Beach Club upgrade to be quite that much money! Thank you for letting us know. It's too bad you have to pay for a partial ocean view upgrade. Seems like that should just be standard for a Diamond member but I understand wanting to make sure it's guaranteed.
