As many of you are from the world of commerce, you will already know that it is not any one single event that causes the break but a history of events falling below expectations. The catalyst event can be very minor - not that I suggest this is minor. My point is that we, and I mean SD, needs to know what the everyday failings are, so email him and let him know. BA is a data driven company, and nothing is going to grab the CEOs attention like a full inbox of complaints, his managers various cannot smooth talk that away.

SD has been handed a crock by the AC years of loco no frills no cost too great to cut at the expense of our customers. Things, though, take time to change, SD needs to have the opportunity to get rid of the Yes men appointed solely to make us look like Veiling. I have to remind myself of this daily as I grind through the stuff we have to do when things go awry.

So while I expect and ask for no sympathy, I do ask that you let us know how we fail your expectations in the small things, the ones that are easier to fix but that make a difference. The big event failures are things that people will moan about for decades to come, but if we fix enough small things, you might start to notice improvements.
